One Service.
Delivered Well.
Private, in-home assisted stretching — fully clothed, one-on-one, brought directly to your home across Jacksonville, Orange Park, and St. Johns.
What Happens,
Start to Finish.
Every session follows a deliberate arc. You stay relaxed and clothed throughout — I guide the movement, manage the pace, and adjust based on what your body is telling me that day.
Brief Intake Conversation
Where are you feeling restriction? What have you tried? What would you like to work on today? A few honest answers shape the session that follows.
Guided Positioning
You settle in — fully clothed in comfortable athletic wear — and let your body become receptive. The goal here is calm. A nervous system at ease responds more fully to guided movement.
Assisted Movement Sequences
Controlled, methodical range-of-motion work guided by my hands. You relax — I do the work. Nothing is forced past your body’s natural range. Resistance is information, not something to override.
Closing Debrief
What shifted, what to notice over the following day or two, and whether a follow-up makes sense for what you’re working on.
A Specific Kind
of Client.
Assisted stretching works best when there’s a genuine fit. If you want quiet, skilled, one-on-one work that respects your body’s pace — and that doesn’t require you to leave your house to get it — this is built for you.
Busy Professionals
Long hours and desk posture create cumulative tension. Sessions come to you — no commute, no wait room, no overhead.
Active Adults
Runners, golfers, cyclists, and gym regulars who want to maintain range of motion and recover well between efforts without adding friction to their week.
People Who Feel Compressed
Chronic tightness, reduced mobility, a general sense of being wound up. If self-stretching isn’t producing results, assisted guided movement is worth understanding.
Those Who Value Privacy
Clients who prefer a quiet, contained experience over a shared or clinical setting. Discretion is part of the service — not an afterthought.
What Consistent Sessions Can Offer.
These reflect outcomes clients regularly report. They are not medical claims, and individual results vary.
Increased Mobility
Gradual, sustainable improvements in range of motion — particularly in areas that have been chronically restricted.
Reduced Tension
A noticeable release of held tension in the muscles and connective tissue — often felt during the session and for days afterward.
Nervous System Downshift
The calm, private setting paired with deliberate guided movement helps the nervous system move out of a heightened, guarded state.
A Sense of Space and Ease
Clients often describe feeling lighter, less compressed, or more settled in their body — even after the first session.
These outcomes reflect client experiences. This is a wellness service, not medical treatment, and no specific results are guaranteed.
Transparent Pricing.
No Membership Required.
Mobility is not a luxury — it is the foundation of how the body holds up over time. Pricing reflects nearly two decades of practitioner expertise and the individualized, unhurried format of every session.

Travel & Service Area
Not Massage. Not a Studio.
Something More Specific.
Not Massage
Massage works on soft tissue through pressure. Assisted stretching works through guided movement and range of motion. Fully clothed. No oils. Different goals, different methods.
Compare the Two →Not a Stretch Studio
Studios offer volume-driven sessions in shared settings. This practice is private, in-home, and individually focused — a different standard of attention from the first minute to the last.
See the Difference →In‑Home, On Purpose
A familiar environment keeps the nervous system settled, which allows the body to respond more fully to guided movement. The in-home setting isn’t just convenient — it improves outcomes.
Why In‑Home Matters →What People Usually Ask.
Do I stay clothed the entire time?
Yes — always. Sessions are fully clothed from start to finish. There is no disrobing, no draping, and no massage work of any kind. Comfortable athletic wear is all you need.
Is this massage?
No. Assisted stretching is not massage. There is no soft tissue manipulation, no oils, and no pressure-based techniques. The work is entirely movement-based — guided positioning and assisted range-of-motion sequences.
Why choose a package over single sessions?
Packages are designed for clients who recognize that chronic tension — built over years of desk work or activity — requires consistent, rhythmic work to resolve. A structured series provides a clear path forward at a preferred rate. Single sessions are a natural starting point if you’re not yet sure.
What should I wear?
Wear what you’d wear to a workout — athletic pants, leggings, a t-shirt or sweatshirt. Avoid jeans or restrictive clothing. You’ll remain clothed throughout, so comfort and range of motion are the only considerations.
What areas do you serve?
Jacksonville, Orange Park, and St. Johns, Florida. Travel within 15 miles of Orange Park is included. If you’re outside this range, mention your location when you reach out — travel may be available depending on distance.
Is this a medical treatment?
No. Assisted stretching is a wellness service. It does not diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition. If you have a health concern, a pre-existing condition, or are recovering from injury or surgery, consult a licensed medical provider before booking.
