These policies exist to protect your time and mine. Please review them before requesting a session — they apply to all bookings without exception.
Deposits
- —A 50% deposit is required to reserve any session. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- —The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
- —Deposit payment details are confirmed at booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- —At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
- —Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
- —Rescheduling is available with proper notice. Contact me as early as possible if your schedule changes.
Late Arrival
- —Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend the session.
- —The full session fee applies regardless of arrival time.
Payment Methods
- —Credit and debit cards are accepted via Stripe or Square.
- —Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.
Appropriateness
- —Core Reset Studio provides non-medical, movement-based assisted stretching. This is a wellness service — not massage therapy, physical therapy, chiropractic care, or any form of medical treatment.
- —Sessions are not a substitute for medical care. No diagnoses are made and no conditions are treated.
- —All sessions are fully clothed. There is no disrobing, no oils, and no pressure-based work of any kind.
- —Clients are expected to engage respectfully and within the professional boundaries of this practice. Sessions may be ended at the practitioner’s discretion if these boundaries are not respected.

Core Reset Studio is a private, low-volume practice. Every session is confirmed individually — there is no open online booking. Policies exist not as fine print, but as a foundation for a professional relationship that works well for both parties.
